Location: Tanger Outlets Palm Beach – West Palm Beach, FL

Since 1991, Spring Footwear has made a difference in the lives of customers who rely on our brands for comfort and style. We are looking for a part-time Sales Associate to join our Spring Step Shoes retail store at Tanger Outlets Palm Beach in West Palm Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment
• Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and add-on recommendations
• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual standards
• Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
• Fulfill e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently
• Support inventory control and stock replenishment
• Represent the Spring Step brand in a professional manner
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Bilingual is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders and bend as needed
