At Spring Footwear, we believe in the power of exceptional customer service and are looking for a dedicated Direct to Customer (D2C) Service Representative to join our team. As the "voice" of our company, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience and helping to drive our business forward. What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with shopping, product inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Provide personalized solutions to customer concerns, ensuring an efficient, positive experience from start to finish.
- Manage customer accounts, troubleshoot issues, and help customers navigate our website and platforms including Shopify, Gorgias, Amazon Seller Central, and Walmart Seller Center.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure swift resolutions to customer inquiries and maintain strong communication across departments.
- Document customer interactions with great attention to detail, ensuring that all cases are properly tracked and resolved.
- Handle customer escalations in a professional manner or escalate to the B2C Customer Service Manager when needed.
- Enforce company policies while delivering outstanding service that aligns with our values and mission.
- Support the growth of the business by upselling products and ensuring a positive customer experience that encourages loyalty and repeat business.
What You’ll Need:
- 1-2 years of direct-to-consumer experience, preferably in customer service, retail, or the footwear industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with customer service platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, or Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
- Basic retail shoe knowledge (or willingness to learn).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A detail-oriented approach to documentation and account management.
