Front Desk & Customer Support Specialist

We're currently seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist who will also assist our Customer Service team in creating smooth, efficient, and positive interactions for both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Front Desk Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and vendors with a welcoming and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and front office organization
- Maintain a clean, polished, and inviting reception area
Customer Service Support:
- Assist with answering customer inquiries via phone and email
- Help process orders, returns, warranty requests and provide tracking
- Provide day-to-day support to the Customer Service team by assisting with tasks and projects as directed by the manager
- Log customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary
- Provide product knowledge and guidance with training support
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks with a smile
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or order systems is a plus

- Excellent verbal and written English language proficiency
